Andy Ringland
Andy’s motorsport career began in earnest in 2004 when he competed in Formula Student for Lancaster University while studying for a masters degree in mechanical engineering.
After leaving University Andy switched from driver to organiser and worked with Formula Student to deliver high-octane racing events. Andy went on to become a Clerk of the Course for circuit racing acting as Permanent Clerk of the MINI Challenge JCW championship for the last two years. ‘Gamekeeper turned Poacher’ Andy is now returning to circuit racing.
For his ‘day job’ Andy is a Director of Crookes Walker Consulting and is delivering the Mechanical and Electrical engineering needs of the major developments in Manchester, across the UK and globally.
This season Andy will be competing to become the Champion and Rookie Champion in the Mini Challenge Cooper class.
